For the price, I’m happy with it. It worked right out of the box and did exactly what I needed without any hassle. The build feels better than I expected for something this affordable, and I didn’t run into any issues while using it. Definitely a solid buy for the money.

I took a few lessons with idrivesmart.com they helped a lot. I was nervous driving before, but the instructor kept things simple and didn’t make anything feel overwhelming. We focused on the stuff I kept messing up, like parking and lane changes, instead of wasting time on unnecessary things I already knew. After each lesson, I could actually tell I was improving. I ended up passing my test on the first try, so I’m really glad I did it

I went into this course not expecting a whole lot, but it was actually helpful. The lessons were clear and easy to follow, which made it less stressful to get through. Some parts felt almost too simple, but in a good way, I guess? Overall, I found the structure quite effective and would probably recommend it

Booking was easy, but uh, the car I ended up with was a bit disappointing. The inside smelled kind of stale, and there were crumbs in the seats. The outside also had more scratches and dents than I was expecting. It drove fine, but it just didn’t feel very clean or well taken care of. For what I paid, I thought it would be in better shape.

"Felt rushed and a bit all over the place"
I took driving lessons with idrivesmart, the pacing was just off for me. Some stuff felt like we were flying through it before I was even comfortable, and then other things got repeated so much I was like, give me a break. My instructor was nice, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I still walked away feeling unsure about what I actually needed to focus on next. For what it costs, I expected a more organized and steady plan. Not awful, just frustrating

The staff seemed nice enough but I didn’t really feel like I got much help when I had questions. The replies felt a bit rushed and I had to explain the same thing more than once. It wasn’t terrible just not the best experience

Dealing with support left me feeling mentally drained. It took days just to get a response, and after all that waiting, my issue still wasn’t really fixed. I kept hoping it would get sorted, but the whole process just felt slow and frustrating.

The course itself was okay, but I kept second-guessing whether it was really worth what I ended up paying. A few extra costs popped up along the way, and by the end it was more than I thought it would be. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I’d probably compare a few other options before signing up here

"Refund was easier than I thought"
I signed up and then ended up needing to cancel, so I emailed them expecting the usual back and forth. They got back to me quickly though and explained what they needed, which made something about it feel a lot less frustrating.
The refund went through without any runaround, and the cancellation actually happened like they said it would. Simple and fair overall, no real drama.

"Easy to find a time, thankfully"
Booking with idrivesmart.com was easy. I was expecting the usual hassle, you know, no times available, nothing that fits my work schedule, having to keep checking over and over, which I really can’t stand. But they actually had a lot more appointment times open than I thought. I didn’t have to wait weeks, didn’t have to keep refreshing the page, didn’t have to deal with that annoying back-and-forth. I found a spot that worked for me and got it booked without much trouble

I had a really good experience with idrivesmart.com. My instructor was so patient with me, even when I kept messing up the same small things over and over.
They never made me feel rushed or embarrassed, which helped a lot. If I didn’t get something, they just explained it again calmly, and then explained it again if I needed it. That made a big difference because I was nervous at the start.
By the end, I felt a lot more comfortable and way more confident behind the wheel. I’m really glad I went with them, and I’d definitely tell a friend to try them too.

"The driving lessons themselves were fine..."
The driving lessons themselves were fine, and I don’t have any major complaints about the instructors. But the fees really should have been made clearer from the start. A few costs only became obvious later, which didn’t feel fair. I’m not saying it was a terrible experience, but if you’re charging people, you need to be upfront and accountable about what they’re paying for.

I thought everything was explained really clearly from the start, or at least I never really found myself wondering what I was supposed to do next. The emails and updates were easy to follow and didn’t have loads of complicated wording. Maybe I’m just not used to companies keeping things simple, but it was genuinely nice to have everything said in a straightforward way

"Certificate showed up sooner than I planned for"
I used I Drive Smart mainly because I needed to get my certificate handled quickly, and I didn’t want to risk cutting it too close with any deadlines. It actually got processed faster than I expected, so I wasn’t stuck worrying for days like I thought I might be.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the site felt a little clunky in a few places, which made me double-check things more than I wanted to. But the certificate speed was solid, and since that was the most important part for me, I was happy overall.
